My Bookshelf

I have lots of books and magazines on my bookshelf. Some I actually read and some I just love for the color and pictures on the cover. Here's one of my favorite combos.

My Boys

My step sons were in town recently. Throw in my son and my husband and I had a house full of boys...big boys that like to eat...a lot. It was fun though!

It's Finally Summer

BBQ's, walks around the lakes, sunshine, celebrating laziness, calling in sick to work...ahh, it's finally summer. Enjoy!

Flowers

It's almost time...I'm waiting for the beautiful blooms in my garden. Each year I add something new. I always like to buy the lonely drooping ones (ie..cheap) and love them back to life.

Since I'm no expert, if they fail I don't feel so bad because I didn't pay much for them anyway. But, they've come back more beautiful than ever.
